
To set your clocks back!! Although you may be a little "off", you gain an hour of sleep.... which I LOVE!!! I like afternoon naps anyway and I highly suggest if they aren't on your daily to do lists to start adding them this week. Really the only time I can take an afternoon nap is on Saturdays and Sundays....which is fine with me. I go to bed as early as an 80 year old does during the week anyway!!! So grab your note-pad, a pen...write down afternoon nap somewhere between 1pm and 4pm.....then grab your favorite pillow and a blanket and enjoy!! No matter your age....you will thank me!!
